FC/APC Single mode Male to Female Attenuator, 1310&1550nm 1~25dB Optional
As an optical passive device, attenuators mainly used in fibre optic to debug optical power performance & optical instrument calibration correction & fibre signal attenuation to ensure the optical power in a stable and desired level in the link without any changes on its original transmission wave. The FC fibre optic attenuators consist of a male FCA connector on one end and a female FCA connector on the other end. When a cable end is inserted into the female end, the remaining male end can be connected to the equipment where the cable would otherwise connect directly, but providing the desired signal strength reduction. This attenuator is available in many dB attenuation values between 1dB and 25dB.
